CANCELLATIONS AND HOLDS
Membership Policies
Cancellations
- Must be submitted in writing to members@rhapsodyfitness.com
- Notice must be given at least 30 days prior to your renewal date
- No refunds will be issued once your monthly billing cycle has been processed
Membership Holds
- Requests must be submitted in writing to members@rhapsodyfitness.com
- We require 14 days’ notice before your billing date
- Holds are available for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 1 month
- For any requests longer than 1 month, please contact us directly — we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible
Important: There are no holds or refunds for prepaid memberships:
- 3-Month
- 6-Month
- 1-Year
