CANCELLATIONS AND HOLDS

All membership cancellations must be made in writing 7 days prior to the renewal date. No refunds will be made after the monthly billing cycle. All membership holds must be made in writing 7 days prior to the renewal date. Holds are only possible for full months at a time.
