First you sweat, then you serve.
Spearheaded by Rhapsody member Lee Davis, we are excited to introduce Sweat + Serve, a new outreach program combining our signature Sweaty Saturday workout with a hands-on community service project.
As we approach our third year, Rhapsody Fitness is doubling down on taking our mission outside of the four walls of our gym in Charleston. We are gearing up to invest some serious sweat equity into connecting with and giving back to the incredible Charleston community.
On the last Saturday of each month, Sweat + Serve will start bright and early with a 7AM Sweaty Saturday workout. Once you’re nice and warmed up, we’ll move straight into a community service project.
Best believe, we’re getting our hands dirty. By supporting a different organization or service project each month, this initiative is all about exploring dynamic opportunities to learn more, reach out and, ultimately, help our neighbors.
Sweat + Serve
The inaugural Sweat + Serve will kick off Saturday, July 25 with the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control’s Adopt-A-Beach program. As part of the DHEC Marine Debris Initiative, Adopt-A-Beach is a great way to make a significant contribution to the preservation of our beautiful coastal environments.
Upcoming Projects
