With boats back out on the water and retail stores flipping on their lights, we are optimistic about opening Rhapsody CrossFit’s doors in the coming weeks.
Although we do not have a confirmed timeline, Team Rhapsody is ready to go when given the all clear. With that said, team and member safety remains our number one priority.
First and foremost, we will follow all local, state and federal government guidelines. Adherence to these regulations will likely mean reduced class sizes and physical distancing for the first reopening phase. This means reserving classes in advance on Zen Planner will be highly recommended.
Effective immediately, enhanced cleaning to include electrostatic disinfecting will be a permanent staple and standard practice at Rhapsody CrossFit. If you thought our gym was clean before…
Once we have the green light to come back to the gym, we’ll ask you to follow our 3-STEP SAFETY SYSTEM:
Don’t worry – these steps are now posted in the gym if you need a gentle reminder.
As excited as we all are to see a light at the end of this long tunnel, please respect that this is a process and will likely require a bit more patience as we figure it all out together.
All The Fitness
Rest assured that during this steady ramp up you will have plenty opportunity to get your fitness on. We will continue to offer virtual Zoom classes and potentially Hampton Park workouts as regulations permit until the gym is operating at full capacity.
Of course we will continue providing Home WOD, Run and Weekly Auxiliary programming. SwimWOD will also be back as soon as the pools reopen.
Also, keep your eyes out for the exciting new addition of ROMWOD to our programming lineup on SugarWOD. ROMWOD will be available to all Rhapsody members as an additional perk of membership.
At the end of the day, we are here for you and cannot thank you enough for showing up and sticking with us during this incredible time. Stay tuned on Rhapsody News, SugarWOD and social media for real time updates on our reopen plan.
Here is to all of us coming out on the other side better than we were before. If you have any questions about our COVID-19 response and what you can do to help, please reach out to any member of Team Rhapsody.
